Following Saturday's Kill la Kill and Sailor Moon Crystal chats, I utterly forgot to copy them over to the blog. I still have them... on a different computer I can't get to until tonight. So today you'll be getting two posts, this one now, and then the SMC chatlog tonight.
I watched all of Star Trek: The Animated Series on Netflix over the weekend. (I had previously read all the novelizations, and seen the first two episodes.)
You know how Futurama described Star Trek TOS as "79 episodes, maybe 20 of them good"? Yeah, with maybe one or two exceptions every episode of TAS is good enough to stand among those twenty.
What I'm saying is, once you get past the *extremely* cheap and limited animation? TAS is actually a better show than TOS.
