- My Little Po-Mo: Season 3 will continue for the next 3-4 months, with occasional breaks for guest posts and some other MLP content I have planned. This will be followed by Derivative Works Month 3, which should end around the time that Season 4 finishes airing, allowing me to continue straight into Season 4. At this point, My Little Po-Mo will go on indefinite hiatus. If there is a Season 5 of the show (which seems likely at this point) I may cover it, but not until mid-2015. In addition, there will be a Kickstarter in February-March to publish Volume 2.
- The Very Soil: A new project which I've talked about a few times in the last month. Launches tomorrow, and will continue on most Wednesdays for the next 3-4 months. Will be less psychochronographic than My Little Po-Mo (which isn't that much of a psychochronography to begin with, really).
- The Near-Apocalypse of '09: Will begin on Wednesdays after The Very Soil ends. Will continue on Wednesdays and Sundays after My Little Po-Mo goes on hiatus, because it is by far the largest thing I've considered tackling. Current plan is to try to make it a true psychochronography.
- New Web Site: I want to get the new site up and running by the end of the month, but I've said that every month since November and not gotten to even work on it in any of them. Anyway, all posts and comments from this site should port over to the new one, which in addition will have a less awful comment system.

Since some people have been asking about it, here's the plan for the rest of this year:

So, am I right in guessing that Soil is the Madoka thing, and Near-Apocalypse is the DCAU?
ReplyDeleteThose would be pretty good guesses, yes.
DeleteWelp, looks like I'll have to start using a name to comment then, as those are two of my favorite TV-related things.
DeleteOh... I thought the "of '09" meant you were expanding your Alchemy analysis to a full episode-by-episode run-down of the anime.
Delete(which, incidentally, I recently got done showing my dad and am about to start my mom on... you were right, it's amazing)
Heheh, nope. "The Near-Apocalypse of '09" is mentioned in passing in one episode of Batman Beyond. No explanation is ever given of what it was, but IIRC it was what caused Bruce!Batman to quit the Justice League.
