Pony Thought of the Day: This Comic Amuses Me Because I Am Five

I like this comic. I wish I knew the source; I found it on Tumblr but the person who shared it didn't give any attribution.

      Thanks! Updated the post with it.

      I hung around pony reddit for a couple of months after I started this blog, but then I more or less completely switched over to Tumblr. I think I prefer to follow people than topics, is what it comes down to. (Also, the existence of a downvote button makes reddit an inherently more judgmental place, can't ignore that.)

      I'm the exact opposite: I prefer to follow topics rather than people. I suppose that's the most important difference between reddit and tumblr.

      Honestly, I think the downvote button vs. the share button is a more important difference. Reddit is a culture where discourse consists of judging another's words, sometimes with a response as well. Tumblr is a culture where discourse consists of sharing another's words, sometimes with an added thought of your own.

    That cartoonist has posted a lot of very good art. IIRC there's one called Movie Night that is exceptionally funny and well done.
